The Nett Warrior (NW) platform is an integrated dismounted situational awareness (SA) and mission command (MC) system for use during combat operations. Designed as a tool for leaders, NW provides unparalleled SA and MC capabilities to the dismounted leader, permitting faster and more accurate decisions during the tactical fight. With advanced navigation and information sharing capabilities, leaders are able to avoid fratricide and are more effective and more lethal in the execution of their combat missions.
TLG is providing worldwide Technology Training, Integration and Field Support on the latest Nett Warrior technology at the tip of the spear for a variety of customers to include Special Forces, Army Rangers and other Army units.

The Lockwood Group provides materiel inventory support supporting the government’s requirement to conduct 100% inventory on all assigned materiel transferred to our Army customer. The government has assets spread across CONUS that require inventory management and analysis by a credentialed Logistics support company with experience supporting QRC/JUONS systems and program managers. Required support from Lockwood encompasses travel to inventory locations, conduct of inventory under the oversight of Army and Navy representatives, documentation of inventory results, research of inventoried items, and inventory comparison and analysis.
The benefit of Lockwood’s inventory management process is seamless integration with Army supply systems to maintain data integrity and require less time to upload within Army databases.

US Army CECOM was tasked with converting C4ISR Technical Manuals from Four-Level to the Army’s latest Two-Level maintenance concept.
In conjunction with AR 750-1, The Lockwood Group’s Integrated Logistics Support Team collaborated with C4ISR weapon system stakeholders to analyze Life Cycle Sustainment Plans and Logistics Products as part of the conversion of C4ISR technical publications in accordance with the new Army Two-Level standard. TLG staff reviewed and updated Technical Manuals along with accompanying Logistics Products to support the conversion of the technical publications to IETM XML format. Over 10,000 pages of technical manuals were converted.

CECOM Headquarters required the Logistics Readiness Center (LRC) to maintain high visibility and readiness reporting for critical C4ISR systems returning during the Southwest Asia Drawdown.
The Lockwood Group’s logistics team provided integrated logistics analysis and supply chain support to CECOM Headquarters utilizing the Logistics Information Warehouse/Integrated Logistics Analysis Program to capture key metrics to report back in real-time readiness status to CECOM Headquarters for high density C4ISR systems.

CECOM LRC was responsible for developing the Depot Maintenance Program Build for a $250B C4ISR commodity line consisting of all ACAT I, ACAT II, non-POR and QRC C4ISR systems returning from Southwest Asia. The intension of the Program Build was to identify funding requirements for C4ISR systems requiring Depot Repair, Upgrade and RESET reporting these metrics back to CECOM LRC Headquarters.
The Lockwood Group’s Logistics team assisted in the Program, Planning, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process through formulation of the Depot Maintenance Program Build for all returning C4ISR systems for FY15-19 and FY14’s execution phase. This includes the development of OPS-29 plans, Depot Programming, Tracking, Reporting, Budgeting, Cost Analysis/Estimating and Program Plans for the entire CECOM C4ISR commodity line which totals $250B.

The C4ISR Drawdown program was a premier Army C4ISR logistics program responsible for the collection of C4ISR equipment for Army Team C4ISR customers – PEO C3T, PEO IEW&S, PEO EIS and CECOM – during the drawdown from Southwest Asia.
The Lockwood Group’s Logistics team provided Logistics, Transportation and Program Support in development of comprehensive Metrics Tracking and Management Reports for reporting on the status of returning C4ISR systems to senior CECOM and PM leadership. TLG collaborated with all levels of C4ISR stakeholders in Theater utilizing the Logistics Information Warehouse technology to maintain Tracking and Accountability. During TLG’s support to the Drawdown, no system went unaccounted for.

PM DCATS required expertise in supporting their global footprint of mission equipment. Tasking included providing global supply chain support, depot planning, RESET, budgeting, tracking and vendor collaboration.
The Lockwood Group’s Logistics team provided logistics support to PM DCATS for the management of a Global Supply Chain of DCATS products which consist of high-density system of systems whose sustainment trail require coordination with multiple vendors, OEMs and depots to ensure the sustainability of these systems. This task requires support to various supply and value chain systems both CONUS and OCONUS while also assisting to develop OPS-29 plans, Depot Programming, Tracking, Reporting, Budgeting, Cost Analysis/Estimating and Program Plans for PM DCATS products. TLG’s logistics SME uses various Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW) to track, report and develop long-term sustainment plans for these systems.

SOLUTION
Lockwood was hired to develop a software tool to help with this issue. Lockwood and a key subcontractor developed a tool with predictive maintenance capabilities using artificial intelligence technology.
CUSTOMER BENEFIT
Team Lockwood delivered a software product that improved operational availability by speeding up the troubleshooting process. The product was developed and later tested at Tobyhanna Army Depot.

Cyber TRADOC Capability Manager (TCM) is responsible for developing doctrine, processes and procedures for the US Army Cyber Center of Excellence. TLG developed Cyber/Information Assurance doctrine, processes and procedures currently being used by Total Army to support the Army’s critical Cyber mission. TLG employed a staff of IA experts to author Cyber/IA doctrine in support of the US Army Cyber Center of Excellence at Fort Gordon.

TLG engineers spearheaded the development of Cyber training devices and products to forge the path to realistic dynamic Cyber exercises in offensive and defensive tactics.
