Professional Services Schedule (PSS)

The Lockwood Group offers extensive experience in developing and implementing practical solutions using an array of professional services that address management, organizational, and business problems across the spectrum of public-sector functional areas. Lockwood tailors these services to the requirements of each client, with an overall objective of helping to make the needed improvements quickly and effectively.

The PSS consists of seven formerly separate schedules that were consolidated in 2015 to give federal agencies a streamlined way to obtain professional services using a single contract vehicle. Lockwood’s PSS covers a broad range of professional services.

PSS Scope of Work:

Lockwood’s Professional Services Schedule (PSS) includes the scope of work for professional services as included on the Schedules shown below:

GSA MOBIS Schedule 874 – Under Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) Schedule 874, Lockwood provides services and solutions to help customers improve the management and effectiveness of their organizations. Lockwood’s services and solutions include, but are not limited to, the following: consulting, facilitation, survey, training, acquisition management, and business program support services.

GSA PES Schedule 871 – Under Professional Engineering Services (PES) Schedule 871, Lockwood provides solutions for various engineering requirements and mission-critical projects. Lockwood’s services and solutions include, but are not limited to, the following: strategic planning for technology programs; concept development and requirements analysis; system design, engineering and integration; test and evaluation; integrated logistics support; and acquisition and life cycle support.

GSA LOGWORLD Schedule 874 V – Under Logistics Worldwide (LOGWORLD) Schedule 874 V, Lockwood provides comprehensive logistics solutions to enhance or replace existing operations. Lockwood’s services and solutions include, but are not limited to, the following: supply & value chain management, acquisition logistics, distribution & transportation logistics, deployment logistics, and operations & maintenance logistics management and support.

Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS)

The EXPRESS Program is a group of multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) leveraging commercial processes and innovative enhancements established within the “evergreen” aspects of the General Services Administration (GSA) schedules program. The purpose is to incorporate dynamic teaming arrangements and to offer the right mix of professional and highly technical advisory and assistance services to Team Redstone.

SeaPort-Next Generation

SeaPort-NxG is the Navy’s platform for acquiring support services in 23 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research (ONR), Military Sealift Command (MSC), and the United States Marine Corps (USMC) compete their service requirements. SeaPort-NxG provides an efficient and effective means of contracting for professional support services.

NAVAIR SUSTAINMENT GROUP (NSG) PRODUCT SUPPORT INTEGRATION MANAGEMENT (PSMI) DEPARTMENT AND PROGRAM SUPPORT MULTIPLE AWARD CONTRACT (MAC)

Contractor Support Services in support of the 12 Integrated Product Support elements, program management, and logistics support services for the acquisition and life cycle sustainment of specified weapons systems, system of systems, sub-systems, and support equipment for multiple program offices at NAS Patuxent River, MD.

Joint Enterprise Contracted Logistics and Services Support (JE-CLaSS) II Domain 1 and Domain 2

Provides worldwide contractor logistics support services for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) defense equipment and systems in support of the Joint Program Executive Office for CBRN Defense (JPEO-CBRND). The IDIQ consists of two (2) Domains, each with a distinct scope of work. Domain 1 provides the full spectrum of Contractor Logistics Support (CLS), training, and sustainment execution. Domain 2 provides acquisition logistics services, planning, development, analysis, and documentation related to logistics and sustainment needs.
